How to Request a Return?
To request a return, please contact us via email or through our official social media pages. Please provide your order number and the phone number used during the purchase. Our customer service team will assist you in completing the return process.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be returned in its original condition as delivered, unused and unworn, free from any fragrance, and without any damage or alterations, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Products purchased during promotional offers (such as clearance items, "Buy 1 Get 1" offers, and direct product discounts) are non-returnable, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect.
- Non-compliant Returns: If the returned product does not meet our return conditions (e.g., used or damaged), the return request will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to the customer, who will bear the additional shipping costs.
- Exchanges are currently not available.
Refund Method
The entire return process (including the courier picking up the item and delivering it to us) takes 3 to 7 working days. Once the returned product is received and inspected to ensure it meets our conditions, the refund (minus applicable shipping costs) will be issued via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash within 24 hours.
Return Shipping Costs
- Nouwaar will bear the return shipping costs in only two cases: if the received product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the requested order.
- In all other return cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives with any missing or damaged items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order so that we can report the issue and initiate an investigation with the relevant shipping company. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for investigation, and Nouwaar will not be responsible for missing or damaged items that were not reported within the specified timeframe.

لطلب إرجاع المنتج، يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو من خلال رسائل صفحاتنا على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، مع تزويدنا برقم الطلب ورقم الهاتف المستخدم عند إتمام عملية الشراء. وسيقوم فريق خدمة العملاء بمساعدتك في استكمال إجراءات الإرجاع.
سياسة الإرجاع
- يُسمح بإرجاع المنتجات خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
- يجب إعادة المنتج بحالته الأصلية التي تم تسليمه بها، على ألا يكون قد تم استخدامه أو ارتداؤه وغير مُعطّر وألا يكون قد تعرض لأي تلف أو تغيير، مع الاحتفاظ بجميع البطاقات والتغليف الأصلي.
- المنتجات التي تم شراؤها ضمن عرض ترويجي (مثل: منتجات التصفية، عروض "اشترِ قطعة واحصل على الثانية"، وعروض الخصم المباشر على المنتجات) لا تخضع للإرجاع، باستثناء الحالات التي يكون فيها المنتج مصابًا بعيب في التصنيع.
- في حال عدم مطابقة المنتج لشروط الإرجاع: إذا تبين بعد فحص المنتج المرتجع أنه لا يستوفي الشروط المذكورة (مثل تعرضه للاستخدام أو التلف)، سيتم رفض الطلب وإعادة إرسال المنتج للعميل، مع تحمله لتكاليف الشحن الإضافية.
- لا تتوفر خدمة الاستبدال في الوقت الحالي.
طريقة ومدة رد قيمة الطلب
تستغرق عملية الإرجاع بالكامل (بما في ذلك استلام المندوب للمرتجع وتوصيله إلينا) من 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل. وبعد استلام المنتج والتأكد من استيفائه لشروط الإرجاع، يتم رد قيمة الطلب (بعد خصم تكاليف الشحن إن وُجدت) عن طريق InstaPay أو Vodafone Cash في خلال 24 ساعة.
تكاليف شحن الإرجاع
- تتحمل Nouwaar تكاليف شحن الإرجاع في حالتين فقط: وهما استلام العميل لمنتج به عيب صناعة أو منتج غير مطابق للطلب.
- في جميع حالات الإرجاع الأخرى، يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن، وسيتم خصم هذه التكلفة من مبلغ الاسترداد النهائي.
المنتجات التالفة أو المفقودة
في حال استلام الطلب ووجود أي منتجات مفقودة أو تالفة، يُرجى التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من تاريخ استلام الطلب حتى يتسنى لنا الإبلاغ عن المشكلة وفتح تحقيق مع شركة الشحن المعنية. وقد لا تكون البلاغات المقدمة بعد هذه المدة مؤهلة للتحقيق، ولا تتحمل Nouwaar مسؤولية المنتجات المفقودة أو التالفة التي لم يتم الإبلاغ عنها خلال المدة المحددة.
