Delivery Charges

Delivery fees vary depending on the destination and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Time

Once your order is confirmed, we usually prepare it for shipment within 24 hours.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Delta & Lower Egypt: 24–48 hours
• Upper Egypt & remote coastal areas: 5–7 days

These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, periods of high demand, or circumstances beyond the courier's control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and the shipment is created with the courier, we will send you an email containing a tracking link so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Coverage

We offer delivery to all governorates across Egypt.

Important Information

• Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete, and that someone is available to receive the order at the specified address.
• You may inspect your package in the presence of the courier at the time of delivery.
• Please note that the applicable delivery fee remains payable to the courier if the shipment is refused or cannot be received, except in cases where the refusal is due to a defect or visible damage to the product.

في Nouwaar، نحرص على أن تتم عملية توصيل طلبك بأكبر قدر ممكن من السهولة واليسر. يُرجى الاطلاع على المعلومات التالية قبل إتمام طلبك.

رسوم التوصيل

تختلف رسوم التوصيل وفقًا لموقع التسليم، ويتم توضيح قيمة الرسوم المستحقة عند إتمام الطلب وقبل تأكيد عملية الشراء.

مدة التوصيل

نبدأ عادةً في تجهيز الطلب للشحن خلال 24 ساعة من تأكيده.

وتكون مدة التوصيل المتوقعة على النحو التالي:

• محافظات الدلتا ووجه بحري: من 24 إلى 48 ساعة
• محافظات وجه قبلي والمناطق الساحلية البعيدة: من 5 إلى 7 أيام

هذه المدد تقديرية وليست مواعيد وصول محددة، وقد تتأثر بالعطلات الرسمية، أو فترات زيادة الطلبات، أو أي ظروف خارجة عن نطاق سيطرة شركة الشحن.

تتبع الطلب

بمجرد تجهيز طلبك وإنشاء بوليصة الشحن مع شركة الشحن، سنقوم بإرسال بريد إلكتروني إليك يحتوي على رابط لتتبع حالة شحنتك خطوة بخطوة.

نطاق التوصيل

نوفر خدمة التوصيل إلى جميع محافظات جمهورية مصر العربية.

معلومات مهمة

• يرجى التأكد من أن عنوان التوصيل وبيانات الاتصال صحيحة وكاملة، مع التأكد من وجود شخص متاح لاستلام الطلب في العنوان المحدد.
• يحق للعميل فحص الشحنة بحضور المندوب وقت التسليم.
• يرجى العلم بأن رسوم التوصيل تظل واجبة السداد للمندوب في حال رفض استلام الشحنة أو تعذر استلامها لأسباب شخصية، ويُستثنى من ذلك رفض الاستلام بسبب وجود عيب أو تلف ظاهر في المنتج.
