No, inspection, fitting, or trying items at delivery is not allowed. The courier does not permit opening the package before payment.
You may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date for eligible items.
Steps to return a product:
- Contact customer support via email or social media with:
- Order number
- Item(s) to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (required for damaged or defective items)
- Once approved, we will arrange an Aramex pickup from your address.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm whether a refund or replacement will be issued.
Important notes:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
- For damaged, defective, or wrong items, issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping.
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are issued via Vodafone Cash or Instapay within 1–3 business days after inspection.
Direct exchanges are not supported. Customers should return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
You can cancel or change your order only while it is still being processed and has not yet been dispatched to the courier.
To request a change or cancellation, contact our support team immediately.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or changed. In this case, you must receive the order and follow the return process if eligible.

- Delivery time after dispatch: typically 1–2 business days, depending on your governorate.
Delivery times may vary based on courier performance and local conditions.
- All orders are shipped exclusively via Aramex.
- Shipping service: Express delivery.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is the only available payment method.
- Shipping is available within Egypt only. We do not offer international shipping.
Shipping fees vary by governorate, and remote areas may have higher shipping charges.
